The problem
What needed solving
Property search is full of friction: listings that are no longer available, brokers who never reply, and filter forms that don't match how people actually describe the home they want.
Brokers have the opposite problem — enquiries arrive across channels, viewing requests wait for a reply, and nobody tells them which listings are going stale or why one property gets no interest.
Our approach
What we built
We built Manzil as one platform with two sides. Buyers and renters can type what they want in plain English; the AI turns it into filters they can see and edit, and every listing shows when its availability was last confirmed.
Brokers get a workspace that leads with the next action — unanswered leads, viewings to confirm, listings to re-confirm — alongside analytics, marketing tools, reviews and an AI assistant. Each market is configured with its own currency, units and local vocabulary.
