Contact form

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in (optional) and your message. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and deliver your project.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

If you email or call us, we process your contact details and the content of your communication to respond to you.

Chat assistant (SmartAgent)

The chat window on this site is SmartAgent, an AI assistant platform operated by us. Messages you type (and voice messages, if you choose to record one and allow microphone access) are sent to SmartAgent so it can answer your questions, help you book a meeting or pass your enquiry to our team. AI-generated answers are produced using third-party AI model providers. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Website analytics

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If we introduce Google Analytics in the future, it will only load after you give consent through a cookie banner, and this policy will be updated.

Technical data

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely. To protect our contact form against abuse, your IP address is also held briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We keep browser storage to a minimum:

• Analytics consent choice — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics (stored locally in your browser).
• Chat visitor ID — a random identifier stored by the SmartAgent chat so a conversation can continue across pages.

We do not sell your personal data. We use these service providers to run the site and our business:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Google (Gmail) — contact form messages are delivered to our Gmail inbox.
• AI model providers — used by our SmartAgent chat assistant to generate answers.

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, such as the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on safeguards offered by those providers, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Links to our social media profiles (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn) are plain links; those platforms only process your data if you visit them, under their own privacy policies.

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship and any period required by law (for example for accounting). You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to our processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
